The characteristics of chemical process pumps are that they can work under high inlet pressure, high head, high viscosity, low flow rate, and high cavitation conditions, which puts quite strict requirements on the performance of chemical pumps, especially for high corrosion resistance, no leakage, and wear resistance In order to meet the special requirements of chemical production, specialized chemical pumps are also produced in the chemical machinery industry, such as plastic pumps, glass pumps, ceramic pumps, graphite pumps, shielded pumps, magnetic pumps, impurity pumps, etc.

1. There are three types of impellers available: closed, semi open, and open. Can transport clean, granular, and slightly gaseous media. It can also transport high temperature, low temperature, and strongly corrosive media. The impeller is equipped with balance holes and corrosion-resistant rings to balance axial forces.

2. The pump body and bearing frame are connected by an intermediate connecting section. According to different working conditions, different materials can be used for the intermediate connecting section to avoid severe corrosion of the bearing frame and bearings when transporting highly corrosive media. At the same time, the middle connecting section is equipped with a water-cooled chamber, which is supplied with circulating cooling water to block the transfer of high temperature medium to the bearing.

3. The sealing form can adopt packing seal, single and double end mechanical seal, and containerized single end mechanical seal. According to different situations and user requirements for cooling and flushing, sealing can be selected from the design specifications according to API682.

4. The bearing frame is designed in three forms: air-cooled cooling fins, air-cooled fans, and water-cooled chambers, which users can choose according to their operating conditions. The bearing is lubricated by splashing thin oil from the oil tank through the oil ring. The oil in the fuel tank is cooled by the water in the water-cooled chamber, and the heat in the bearing is taken away by the cold water to ensure that the bearing is in normal working condition at all times.

5. According to the temperature and pressure of the medium, the support forms include center support and tripod support.
